hi Swang love your videos, got a question. I looked this up and just wanting to make sure does the system in webtoon really reformat the file to the correct pxl size for Webtoon, without me doing anything to the original file. In case I use a bigger canvas size than what the standard pixl size require.

Pixel size requirement is 800px wide!

you should be fine as long as you use a multiple of the original sizes (ex. width is 800 px, you can use 1600px) for length any size should be fine as long as the file size isn't too big

Thanks for the tips! I've been meaning to invest in some nice assets for awhile and it's good to know about this resource. Assets can make or break a comic for me, I actually collect screenshots of the worst 3D asset I've found in otherwise gorgeous webtoons. Sometimes it's because the assets themselves were bad (the worst offender being a bowl with that had a low resolution jpg photo of ramen instead of actually noodles), but most of the time the asset themselves looked fine but completely clashed with the art styles. I think another good tip that I plan on doing is to buy 3D assets and add custom textures that match my art style. I should also point out that pre made assets can work great for props as well. Turbo squid has a bunch of assets but from my understanding is geared mostly towards animation. However whenever buying assets online it should be from a reputable seller/site. There are a lot of people who plagiarize assets and sell them as their own, putting anyone who uses them at risk for copywrite infringement. Hope this helps someone, Keep up the good work Swang!
