The architecture is magnificent in all of the European countries. I love the stained glass windows in the churches. When I was a little girl, we went to our Catholic Church and I remembered looking up at our stained glass window while in church. When the church was torn down, my Dad got a round piece of stained glass that was put in a wooden frame. It was a picture of the Blessed Virgin. When our new church was built, my parents gave their picture of the Blessed Virgin back to the church. Memories, memories, memories always bring the the tears remembering my parents who have passed away.

Regarding the Food Tour from the other day, Stuffed Cabbage is my favorite. FYI, if you enjoyed it, you can get the dish from many Slavic countries - Ukraine, Russia, Poland, etc. - with possibly a little different variation of how it is served (either with mushroom cream sauce or tomato sauce). Note, might be able to get it with a pepper - "Stuffed Peppers" - instead of the cabbage. More safe travels to you.

Gorgeous isn’t it?? Been there and ALMOST forgot how stunning it is. Thanks for reminding me again. The Parliament is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world!! Public transportation is great in Europe. The ease of going country to country is 👌🏼 Hoping you visit Austria. Vienna was next from my trip to Hungary and it was pristine. I want to go to Salzburg so go there for me first!! 😂 Then someday I want to see some castles- Neuschwanstein in Germany and it would be cool to go to Romania to see Bran/Draculas castle! Enjoy!!!

After watching the video, I can see that I liked our capital. You managed to hit the hottest summer so far. A few things to improve if someone would go for it. The Hungarian language is not easy for a native English speaker. In Hungarian, y is not always i. It mostly denotes a soft vowel ( gy, ty, ny ). This is also the case in the Dohany (the pronunciation of ny is the same as the first sound of nie, net in the Slavic languages). Family names differ from this. In such names, the y at the end of the word usually indicates noble origin and is pronounced as i. It seems appropriate for foreigners to follow the local spelling when writing Hungarian words. That large portion of sausage is kolbász in Hungarian, not kielbasa, which is a Polish word. It would have been a lot for me as well. The next time you visit, go to Lake Balaton. There are also many interesting and beautiful places there. However, you have to be prepared for the fact that the number of English speakers in rural Hungary is smaller. I'm also trying to do a machine translation, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Happy Tuesday afternoon Daniel & Michelle. First thing. How is Louie doing? I miss seeing his handsome face in the Vlogs. Maybe we can get a picture from beautiful Jolene, for a glimpse, in a future Vlog? 🤞🤞 I look at the buildings you're showing and I'm just flabbergasted. How they got built way back when is mind blowing. 🤯🤯 How was the pasta?? 🍝🍝

You were wrong in an earlier video, the most beautiful McDonalds is in Budapest, next to Nyugati train station, look for it. By the way, the most beautiful cafe in the world is also in Budapest, the New York cafe, only 10 minutes walk from where you rented the apartment.

Yet another beautiful country! I had a couple of questions I was hoping you could answer. First off I was wondering if you've been keeping track of whether or not you are losing weight. I can't imagine you not losing weight with all of the walking and swimming and climbing you've been doing. Also I was wondering if you worry about getting robbed in any of the countries you've visited. I see Chelle wearing all kinds of gold chains and earrings (which are gorgeous) but I would worry that someone would try to grab them from my throat. Maybe it's just stories I've heard about crime in other countries. I'm loving the vlogs.

We are used to English speakers mixing the sounds. Hungarian s = English sh. Instead, they regularly pronounce s. This is written as "sz" in Hungarian. The other is "c", which is not the same as "k". 🙂

When you do a review of a city, you should learn and properly pronounce the name of the city. It’s BudapeSHT. The letter “s” in Hungarian equals “sh” in English.
