I, personally, am here for all of it! I have been here for 3 years watching your awesome adventures and have grown to LOVE your personalities and seeing the amazing places you go and people you meet. I will say, I miss Louie, it might be time for a FaceTime call with Mana Jo! I imagine you have to be so organized and use your time wisely to pull this off and for that I am so grateful! Loved this behind the scenes glance at your “day off” ❤️

So fun to see the "down" times, the behind the scenes times of how you are living. You talked about learning and hoped we would stay with you. Seriously??? Just try and pull me away!! You just being you is what I love. I know there is a lot of work putting these videos together, especially on days you've been out walking in the heat all day. You sure do make it seem easy! Kudos!! On to the next location, and I hope you have another washer!!! lol

The plastic bags are supposed to be reuseable and you are charged for them to promote using less plastic. This is much better for our environment. I’m sure you’ve noticed that recycling is much more prevalent than in the US. Good lessons for you to take back!

Hi, I’m from the uk it’s common for European countries to have shower heads mounted on the back wall. Most people have baths and lean over the bath to wash their hair. You might even find the shower head mounted on the taps for the same reason. I’m enjoying seeing your travels.

I believe it is more common for European cultures to take bathes not showers... so shower head on side is to rinse residual soap etc off. not full showering like Americans are more prone to do.

Water is expensive. Many countries conserve the water by using the tub only to collect water for drainage while they use buckets of water to wash. Fill a bucket. Wash first. Use soap wash up. Get the dirt off. Fill another bucket and rince. Long hair may need another bucket or so but that is far less water than a 10 min shower. Shower heads on the side are only for rincing off.

5:41 so I have been to countries where it’s been like that in the shower, and I actually decided to ask a local plumber that I had to come and fix ours and it was because most people either have a stool if it’s a shower only with no tub and it’s easier for them to bees on a stall. It has kind of a net type seat on it, but you can scrub all the way down to your toes better, and then the ones with a tub like that you can use a saw but most people twist the spray nozzle to the side a little bit and lay into the tub so that they can wash really well while they’re laying in the tub and it’s almost like a waterfall while you’re in the tub, just rinsing you off as you go, but it is very popular and on purpose

Ha! That's a "bag for life" that's what we call them in the UK anyway. We've been paying for our bags here for years. It's to reduce plastic for the environment. Always have a bag for life on you wherever you go! I have them in my handbags, my car, my desk at work. To try and not end up buying more 😂 Anyway this was a fun vlog. It's nice to see just normal days sometimes. You don't have to have an adventure packed vlog every day, I think it's safe to say the quieter ones of every day life are just as engaging and hopefully give you both a bit of an easier day here and there. Can't wait to see where you go next!

Regarding those "european" showers - that is so funny to me - you just take the shower head off of the shower holder and hold the shower head in your hand and shower yourself, you don´t stand in the tub, but sit or squat :) That mounted shower holder is not for you to shower underneath it, but to hold the shower head when not using the shower. It is funny, because I had the same reaction to "your" shower heads up in the ceiling living in the US. "How am I suppose to shower without getting my hair wet? If you can explain that to me, that would be awesome. Everytime I go places and find the shower head mounted to the ceiling, I´d say - not this one!

Wow I already appreciated what you are doing, but now I am in awe, you guys are amazing there is so much you have to do behind the scenes. In the UK you have to pay for grocery bags so we have our Sainsbury's 'bags for life' and they are awesome. I think Chelle is right I think they place the shower in the middle so you sit on the side of the bath, very different as we always have ours at the end of the bath and higher up. Your lunch looked yummy, but did make me remember when my husband and I went to Spain and on the first night for dinner we found what we thought was scampi, so piled our plates with scampi and chips. We got a lot of funny looks and found out it was because it wasnt scampi but potato croquet's so like you but worse, doubling up on the spuds lol. I got your joke Chelle, lol Dan xx

Greetings from the US Virgin Islands. We have a mango tree on our property and can give you a few hints about them. When you hold them, press the skin and if they have a BIT of give, then they are ripe. Please, also be aware that mangos are part of the poison ivy family! Don't find out the hard way, as I did....if you are susceptible to poison ivy, use gloves to peel them and don't bite the skin of the mango to peel them. You could be in for a sorry time! Enjoying your travels!!
