We can rip water apart into hydrogen and oxygen gases!
How to Perform Electrolysis of Water using a Hoffman Tube and Sodium Sulfate.
This is called a decomposition chemical reaction, where H2O is decomposing into H2 and O2.
The balanced chemical reaction is written as follows:
2 H2O -- (yields) H2 + 2 O2
