..no, you are not even close.. ..someone whom is really cold, will exhibit what you are stating, to include exhaustion, however they, they are NOT hypothermic.. ..someone whom is hypothermic, will seem exceptionally calm, probably (slowly) removing parts of clothing, seem ridiculously friendly and childlike.. ..might slur words and seem as if the literally have zero care, concern or focus, regarding anything.. ..hypothermia flips something in your limbic, where your own name is meaningless, you (drift), further and further away, until you die, without fear, care or concern.. ..someone whom is hypothermic needs to be grabbed by the mane, and taken to safety.. ..someone whom is really cold/exhausted, needs to be requested into safety.. ..just an fyi, once someone goes hypothermic, their mind has checked OUT of survival.. ..and btw, most hypothermic victims, you don't know about and hear nothing from, because they are dead.. ..once you go hypothermic, unless an outside force can save you, you'll likely lay down, and take a nap.. ..never to wake from.. ..hope this helps..
