Great video, I'm really trying to go online and look for authentic sealed games for all the DS gens. But they go for an ABSURD amount of money. I love collecting though, wish I bought all those cartridges about 7 years ago 😢

Bought both black and white 2 from Gamestop online and they were both obvious fakes they had flash cards

that's funny cause my black i got from them online is legit, but i've had a friend get ripped off like that for platinum from them which sucks :( why would they even sell such obvious fakes

On Amazon (i bought the last one) but they have all of the Gen 3 games for $20 and they aren't fake and even if they are they work perfectly

You can also tell if a gen 3 game is real by the four little gold squares in the back left corner. Or you can put a gen 3 game in a DS and have a gen 4 game in and it’ll say Migrate from Whatever the game is when you start the gen 4 game. Also gen 4 games should have a reddish look when held up to a light.

I luckily have all my old 3DS Pokémon games, gen 1-2 on virtual console on my 3 3DS models and gen 3 on my Everdrive and Analogue Pocket

How are Red and Green more expensive than Emerald?

Great video however there are some fakes that have the notches on the top also hg,ss,b,w,b2,and w2 have carts that are see through now

HGSS and Gen 5 cartridges are actually a deep red color. Not black. Otherwise spot on video

If you’re not collecting as an investment why pay more for the exact same gameplay experience. I love my 208 in 1 cart that has all ds Pokémon on it. Paid $20 five years ago with ZERO PROBLEMS

I’m Sorry but if your not gonna be collecting them as an investment and just want the experience of the game…buy fake carts. You’ll save yourself $$$$$$
