Squaring up such amazing piecing and quilting gives this awesome work the end-of-project attention it deserves. Who knew bubbles could relax overnight? I'm going off now to change my cutter wheel and mark the date! Thank you Terry !!

You do make it hard but it does work and people that don't do quilts need that help.

Wow I have never really had a class in squaring a quilt so by doing the diagonals of each side you know it is square? Thank you so much!

Spritzing with water! Great idea. I really like the quilting you did on that one, Terry. I think such great quilting might save my Ricky Tims' kaleidoscope too. I am examining your video hoping to get some inspiration. Thanks.

Это очень красивый узор из калейдоскопа. Я до сих пор люблю забавляться с этой игрушкой( мне 57 лет), но сшить такую красоту не смогла бы. Это очень талантливо. С уважением из Москвы.

Another winning video, Terry. Thank you for sharing your expertise. You have a great helper, too. The measuring then stretching hint is very appreciated. I learned that I could square yardage after laundering before cutting by stretching diagonally, but I didn’t think of using that technique to square after quilting! So smart! Aren’t those folding tables handy for extra space when needed?

thank you Mona I do have to ask my Husband to help once in a while...Makes him feel needed LOL. I do the diagonal stretch on panels all the time they are always cockeyed. and I love my folding table my knees are not what they used to be.

Thank you for this video! Very helpful. One question. If the border width will not be the same all around do you make any adjust for that? Or perhaps it will not be that noticeable on a larger quilt.
@terryrowland3982 жыл бұрын
You would just square it to the outside edge Marlene

Hi Terry, your channel is my top go to for scrap quilts. I absolutely love it. I am very interested in the quilt in the background. Would you be doing a tutorial on how it is done? Thank you again.

Thank you Frances for the rave review on my channel . That one was a scrap challenge quilt I made . it was made as a braid and joined with lots of partial seams not every bodies cup of tea. That being said who knows there might be another one of those quilts in my future. Keep watching
