Paused video halfway through to say, fantastic. Interesting thoughts on posture vis-a-vis front bar/high bar/low bar thoracic dynamics as well. Agree on elbow position too. Flaring back causes me issues.

With the arm position it's really helpful to push up on the bar like as if you are doing a behind the neck press. Especially when the weight is heavy it won't budge but you putting force into the bar will help you go up alot faster as well as correct your position

If the elbows are under, does that mean the scapula aren't retracted and the upper back isn't squeezed together?

Wilson Yu I think you start with retraction and you just keep as much of it as u can whilst keeping the elbows under the bar

Joshua G - In the beginning of the video he implied that low bar squat you have to break at hips I initially. You don't. You break at the hips and break at the knees simotenously.
