The motion of me rotating my pelvis even just a little bit is painful. But only the first two or three reps after it’s warmed it doesn’t hurt as much but lower back is very tight and I feel the pain almost right above the start of my butt crack and going along the top of my pelvis in the back also I feel pain in the front of my pelvis at the top most the time it’s on the left side but sometimes it’s on the right then also sometimes I feel the pain on left and right I’m going to see a physical therapist on Wednesday any suggestions?
