Authorized signatory is not employees of the reporting employer based on sss records. PLEASE I NEED ANSWER

You may change the authorized signatory to someone who is registered as an employee of the company. Or register the authorized signatory as an employee of the company if you don't want to change the signatory. The difference of the 2nd option though is you need to include now the authorized signatory when you file your Withholding Tax on Compensation.

Hindi na po ata pwedeng makapagchange ng employer id number mam since naka-assign na yun sa bawat employer. Not sure though if you can add a new employer id. May I know mam the reason why you need to change the employer id number? The actions you can take might depend on the reason.

Hello. Thank you for the tutorial video of SSS Employer Registration. May I ask about the authorized employer signatory? What is the right to fill on the name of Authorized Employer Signatory? We input the name of the corporate secretary but it cannot proceed of the online registration because it said that the the name of we input is not an employee on the reporting employer based on SSS records. Even though the name we input on the authorized signatory is not an employee of the Corporation but she is the corporate secretary and one of the board of directors. Hope you can help me po. Regarding po sa email nyo na ayaw tanggapin, gamit nyo po ba yung same email address na iniregister nyo when you fill out and submit R1 with SSS? coverage po, pinaka late lang po na tatanggapin is for September 2020 since October ngayon. You can use any date of the month.
