You can switch to a linear rate spring if you mess with preload since the spring rate will not change with the compression of the spring while preloaded

The last time I saw one this clean was in the parking lot of a Best Buy it was white lowered on some BBSs with a small chrome peashooter with a slant cut tip. You know side note for those people that think the modern stance build is not innovative enough compared to the old days of totally riced, fully fabbed, sponsored show cars just throwing some wheels coilovers and a wrap on a stock car that probably still has the warranty is called "a build"... This is actually closer to the grassroots Spirit of low riding. Friends and family taking the old family car putting nice wheels on it and dropping it as low as they could get it on a mechanical suspension for as cheap as they could.

Removing two of the three locking rings will give you some more drop without messing with preload

Pulling the locking rings out allows the strut body to move further up. Therefore lowering the car. You leave only one ring for the spring to seat and at the same time it’ll lock the bottom strut mount
