I was asked to judge based on the pro forma to evaluate whether to purchase a multi family property in Portland and give 3 reasons to support the reasons why the company should proceed or not to proceed. What should I look out for? and also, what does concessions mean and how to calculate?

I’d love to get a new video discussing the best questions to ask in an informational interview setting. I know there is a video on that already, but it is more tailored to asking about the place the person works. A video discussing the best questions to ask them about their own career progression and journey would be great. Keep it up man. I love the videos and the courses. It has all helped so much.
