Most states won't let you prep and cook raw products from an open cart.
@paullukis3315 Жыл бұрын
There are ways around it, but it's limiting to what you can offer. If you befriend someone with a commercial kitchen you can rent some space to heat up hot dogs and burgers and then just keep them hot. It's not the best, but it is a work around.

$5000/month revenue is only $60,000/year assuming no vacations etc. from the revenue must be deducted operating costs like supplies and fuel etc. this produces about $30-40,000/year actual net income from which income taxes are paid etc.

Am I the only one? 5k per month and BOTH are working? Seems like another set of Americans wanting more, not needing less. Me I can survive on 10k PER YEAR! I'm not lazy, at all, just hate EVERYTHING about having to answer to someone else or have someone else tell me, after decades of dedication, that I no longer have a job. Its beef so thats the only meat that doesn't spoil fast in air, good for her , get your save serve license and LLC to speak about with facts... On the state that says no.. Read about beef which does not have to be fully cooked .. That's why you can go to a park or a beach and barbecue and cook outside there's nothing about that that says you cannot prep your meat and cook it outside and serve the public and make your money you can literally go to any beach cook on the grill just as long as you have a ServSafe and a LLC to sell in a business you can sit there prep and cook and sell as many Patty's as you want .. there's state local and federal and federal goes over all of them and federal law state you can do that

I recommend a few changes; You should do all food prep at your place of business or if you're a home business, do it in your kitchen under a better-controlled environment other than outdoors, straight from the packaging. Also, your hair should not be flying all over the place. Wear a cap, scarf, or a hairnet. FOODBORNE ILLNESS IS A REAL THING!
