Or do I use my cleaners work pictures and show that to potential customers?

Hire subs with experience. This way you get the benefit of their experience to use as proof to your customers. Its the same as most fortune500 ceo's. They have a board with people with decades of experience in fields that the ceo has little experience in.

@@JohnnySergio Is this how you avoid providers from stealing your clients? I feel like once the provider cleans the building they then have an in to steal the client and save them money by getting them to work directly and cutting us out.

@@ryanj.hoffman7289 this is why I’m trying to figure out a system on how to keep this from happening. You can put in your agreement if this happens they will be charged 500 per client for offering services as well as let the client know you will give them 250 for if they can provide proof such as business card etc. But to keep cleaners happy you can’t keep them at 50% pay , I’m trying to figure out a system To max out at 75%-80% for so many cleans and 5 star reviews . Because most cleaners don’t charge what a company charges so if they charge 250 for the same my company charges 350 it’s in my best interest to keep good cleaners and help them make more . I became a IC for 2 companies so I could see their processes and systems for cleaners . Both under valued us and when I told the clients I was no longer going to be providing services for those companies and that I loved cleaning there homes , thanks for always tipping me . All wanted me to continue cleaning their homes. I honestly would target more real estate agents, investors , move in move outs , property management companies to give to IC . My million dollar homes I clean no matter how much I make , I target certain income levels and I have 2 ladies I worked with as IC and I brought them with me because I know they know how to clean and pay them 90% and those clients tip them 100-200 or more . I’m finding what works for me and what advantages I can have over competitors.

what are your thoughts on partnering / hiring sub companies to do the work? What I mean is if I find jobs in my local area - why not offer them to company that I partner with and they get half the money?

That is basically the model we are describing. But if its a bigger company the 50/50 split won't make as much sense for them so you would need to take a smaller cut if you chose to go that route

It's just finding reliable employees! Here in b.c. they won't even take $25 an hour they want $30 to $35 and you have to supply everything. They want fuel allowances and $200 christmas bonuses at a bare minimum

The part that's difficult for me to figure out is - you can't take jobs unless you have cleaners, you can't keep cleaners if you don't have work for them. Whether employees or 1099. Unless you are setting availability for a couple of weeks out and praying you can find people by the time the jobs come around.

Everyone and everywhere needs cleaners! There will just be technicalities that change depending on location and the rules of starting an LLC and using contractors instead of W2 employees. Just do your research, but it's a pretty flexible model overall.

i may be missing the part where this removes the overheads, you still have to pay company insurance, worker retirement funds, sick leave, i dont understand how this fufills the {remote cleaning} obviously you are not woking yourself but how are you able to pay %50 revenue when their are so many hidden costs?
