I finished my work and I couldn’t start the engine after 3 attempts, it was saying ( put the remote in the pocket to start ) I had no idea where the pocket is ?! until I watched your video, found it inside the console! I was happy I didn’t even take off the battery and I sit the remote on its wide side and it worked right away, I was happy like Yesss 👍🤭 Thank you for help, appreciate it❤️

Mine does that when I'm trying to turn it off too. I just leave my car unlocked, wait a couple min and then try to lock it. Glad to know it's my battery. I've had my 2019 Malibu for over 2 yrs so I should've known something was wrong with the battery when I couldn't open my door with just pressing the silver button on the handle.

on the remote theres a silver button on the side where it will remove a key from the remote, on your drivers side door, theres a little panel next to the door handle which can be removed easily, which has a key hole entrance where that key goes in

Soo my car locks and unlocks by the key fob but it suddenly stopped letting me start the car with a push the start button and was making me use the pocket translator to start the car but again I can unlock and lock my car doors with the remote just fine. Do you know why that would be interestingly enough it happened to be at the same time my AC stopped working

No - this only works with a key fob that has already been programmed to the vehicle. There is chip reader in the car that can read the chip in the key fob if it is the correct location - even if the fob has no power.
