Without preservatives how long can the bakery last? I went to a dog bakery / cookie workshop in my area and the teacher told me it can only last one week. Thanks

I typically think people like this are fake nice but I get the vibe she might be the most genuinely nice/kind person I’ve ever seen. 😂 great video! Thank you!

Thank you so much for this. I really want to start a dog bakery online and am in the process or getting all of the legal stuff figured out. I’m concerned about starting a business during the pandemic but I’ve been dreaming of this forever. I’m also a full time marketing student.

Hi Haley! You're very welcome! Having a dog bakery business is the most rewarding experience ever! I completely understand starting a business during uncertain times is so nerve wracking. Our dog bakery revenue actually boomed during the height of covid. We weren't expecting it, but our customers were the absolute best and we were very fortunate. Good luck with everything and I'm excited for your journey!!

Hello I am starting to come up with simple dog treat recipes, especially experimenting with cakes but I’m having a really tough time coming up with a frosting recipe because it cracks, disappears, absorbs and won’t last a few minutes without turning ugly and can only be a thick consistency with peanut butter or cream cheese... I was wondering if you can point me in the right direction of ingredients for a thick, lasting frosting that I can use safe coloring to dye, it would be much appreciated 🤍✨

Hi! I love the video and thank you so much for sharing! I noticed that you use baking powder for the birthday cake. I also read that baking powder is harmful for dogs if using large amounts. Would you still recommend using it in small quantities? Thank you so much!
@minyoungmorita2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ngoc Anh Nguyen! I'm so sorry for my super delayed reply! Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words! I use a small amount of baking powder in my soft baked goods (cakes, donuts, etc). Baking powder in small amounts in batter is totally fine. Large amounts and giving baking powder in powder form is harmful to dogs. I hope this helps and again, sorry for the late reply!!

Do you need to have a license in each state to sell online? or is this covered in the course? I was told you needed one for each state and some of them are $150!
@minyoungmorita2 жыл бұрын
Hello there! Yes, you do need register products in each state you’re shipping to. It can get expensive depending on the amount of products you’re selling. I do explain all of this in the course! Thank you so much for watching! 🤗

hi, is skippy peanut butter is good for dogs?
@minyoungmorita4 жыл бұрын
Hi there! I personally wouldn’t use Skippy. Skippy usually contains sugar. Skippy also uses lower quality oils such as palm or soybean oil. Do you by any chance live by a Trader Joe’s? They have single ingredient peanut butter! If not, any natural grocery store should have it. Hope this helps! 🐶🥜
@minyoungmorita4 жыл бұрын
Hello Niza! I'm so sorry for my ate reply! I'm not sure why I didn't receive the comment notification! Did you by any chance find peanut butter without sugar or salt? If you're in the US, do you live near a Trader Joe's or a natural foods grocery store? You can also find no salt/sugar peanut butter at Nuts.com. Hope this helps!
@Kayla.Vera.3 жыл бұрын
@Niza Kay hi I use the brand 365 I think it’s called from Whole Foods make sure the label is no salt no sugar it’s literally just peanuts!! Or you can grind peanuts and it’ll turn into peanut butter!! 😁✨🤍

I’m responding to this comment after two years so I’m sure you figured something out, but for anyone who just found the video Kroger has a natural peanut butter that’s $1.89 (in my area). That’s an economical option for anyone starting out who isn’t ready to buy in bulk yet.
