@glgabriel1 Thanks for tuning in. We understand what you are saying, but not thinking about your competitors will allow you to go far. We don't allow that to boggle us. If there's a lot of grilling places around try to go to another location so you can work and be at your best. Competition will always be out there, keep up your good work because no one can do it like you. We did a video about our location recently. @freightshaker82 Thanks for tuning in. We prepare, cook, grill & smoke everything on site on our FoodTrailer. In the state of Florida businesses are not allowed to cook at home then take to a business. We don’t know about other states. Hope this helps👍🏽

You’re welcome, Florida does require the use of a commissary for your water intake and waste water. If you have your own property where you can park your trailer at your home there is not a need for the commissary. Just as long as you are preparing, cooking & grilling all things on your trailer, in which we do. Thanks 👍🏽

Thanks for he info. My wife and I are in process of a similar startup. More of a 'retirement' gig for us so we're slow rolling this thing. Not a young chicken anymore. We bought a used trailer so that has been the biggest headache/holdup we've experienced. This trailer has a big Southern Pride smoker in the back which is why we pulled the trigger on it but man! What a pain in the back side getting the trailer ready. Not just repairs but there was no flow in his thing which I could make any sense of so yeah, we're workin on it. Anyway, appreciate your videos, they are helpful. Definitely putting God first in this venture so cool to see that you've done that as well. Ps, so Dawns (my wife), nickname is 'Side Dish'. Hahaha. Haven't come up with my nickname yet. Dawn is thinking either Old Fart or Grumpy, (yeah I'm working on that). Blessings!
