It's a lot of hard work people just don't realize that's why we have to raise the cost because all the labor and love we put into it.. sometimes staying up all night for the long cooks like brisket and butts.. good job guys!

Hi Courtney knowing that you want to start a food Trailer is the first step. Find out what dishes you would enjoy creating an also is that something that would sell good in the area that you live in or would be selling too. You don’t want to create something that is hard to sell. That will hurt your business. We have another video up that shows how we got started (in Florida) if that helps. If you are going into a business with someone (trust) is very important. It’s a lot if paperwork don’t let that turn you away. Just know the skies the limit.
