South of Brazil including Paraná (where I live), Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul are the most safety places to living in, grow your family and work/invest in too.

oh mate - "one of the most stressfull things I have done in my life" - me too , me too . Getting used to how things work here for us square Scandinavians takes time. But in the end, it absorbs some freedoms I didnt think about before, but gives a lot in return, in my experience :)

I also lived abroad for a few years as an expat in China, in a smaller town. The first thing what comes up in my mind. You don't feel lonely in a small village?? I only would consider big cities myself cause there are other expats too

I have a question. As a swedish person living in Brazil.. do you ever pay in multiple payments? I know Brazil does this for everything. I don't know how Sweden is. But as an American this is strange to me and I can't relate to how It is cause I've never been able to pay for a shirt for example in multiple payments lol. I feel like if I moved there I'd still pay in 1 payment. What do you do?
@nordicinvestor2
@nordicinvestor2 Ай бұрын
Hi, I always in 1 payment when the store offers a discount. Usually the smaller stores offer a 5% discount if you pay in 1 payment with a debit card. The bigger stores do not usually offer a discount so I pay in multiple payments using my credit card.

I love Brazil and my wife is Brazilian too whom I love muito. You mentioned Floripa which is awesome city. I used to come to Brazil in my case Floripa every three to four months since my wife then fiancé lived there. Then we packed one day and moved to USA. Sometimes in the future if GOD wills we would be interested to buy a condo in Florianópolis. May GOD bless you and your family. I like your videos. Pretty cool. I am starting Daytrader kkkk too.

How did you initially move to Brazil? Did you get married in Sweden with a Brazilian and then came over to Brazil? Or did you live in Brazil first? And if so, what Visa did you use to stay for longer than 90 days? Thanks for the response 🙏.

As a Brazilian I tell you: bad idea. It's a dangerous place. If somebody kills you, you'll be a number in the statistics. "Russian Tourist Stabbed in Daylight Robbery in Rio 5 hours ago - A Russian tourist was stabbed in downtown Rio de Janeiro during an attempted robbery." In places like Rio, people don't care anymore. They became so used to it that violence is part of their lives. If you love your life think twice.
