larry i think you will find that this is a copy of a villiers made in india. villiers did originally make a kerosene manifold but they are probably mostly on export models

on BSA motors you turn the flywheel backwards till you get compression resistance...then pull start it, wonder if yours is the same..in the rest of the world this would be a highly desirable motor, never seen the duel fuel set up....good work!
