I love these 2.0 episodes of the department and they've been so inspirational in helping me to continue to build up my personal brand. I'm a 46 year old woman who has decided to embrace ALL of who I am. I show up in spaces where I stand in constant judgement however my goal is to make a way for the "mature" woman,the tired wife,and the perfectly imperfect woman who is sick of living in the shadows of her titles. Watching this for breakfast this morning on my 42nd birthday 🎉🎂 - feeling overwhelmed as I'm about to launch two brands this month (of similar Industry but still). The brands I wish I had the knowledge to do ten years ago but I didn't. But I do now. So here I go. I'm hoping for some good advice❤.

As a 2.0 myself, I agree with everything Charlene has said. I have done as she advises. I have been at it since 2019. It works!!! Covid did not deter me. I used to get shy at times. I have surpassed the fear. I call it the INTEGRATION PHASE. The great reset😂perhaps. I have been loving it.
