What I learned and didn't realize that you should be able to pay your subcontractors 30% of your profit! I've been wondering this for a while. What I'd like to know is it still ok to want to hire subcontractors right out of the starting gate?

So far, what resonated with me is how to price my services based around what my revenue goals are and productizing my service offerings. Genius! This will help me build my Services page on my website. Can't wait to watch the rest of this video!

Curious to know your thoughts on what is needed by way of insurance to protect the biz? Saw something somewhere about cyber liability/security insurance.

The question of insurance can vary by location and business type so you may want to connect with a business mentor in your area for advice that would apply to you and your business. If you're in the US, check out score.org or consult your current insurance provider for recommendations.
