Looking at what they're offering, it's glaringly obvious that KZbin videos are the way to get ahead. I live and work on the Suncoast of Florida (Tampa Bay area) and I specialize (my "NITCH"!!) in waterfront and what I call transitional transactions. Question. By Watching the entire video and reading through the comments, I’m most likely going to be joining the masterclass and get my page going. I’m in Austin, TX and I mainly specialize in selling expired/FSBO homes, but I see that your suggestion of YT channels is more on the buyer side. Would it be best to make those “about my city” type of content with a playlist for sellers? (FSBO series) OR, If I have to create a separate channel, should I grow the first one first then make a 2nd one or just run the 2 channels simultaneously even if they’re both newer?

Hey there - making the channel about a city and state - any suggestion on metro size for this idea? I work in a city that's widely known (for all good reasons) with a population of roughly 150,000 residents about 30 mins from Chicago. I DO NOT have any desire or ability to serve Chicago, but is this a large enough area to designate a channel to?

your arre still gonna have to use chicago in a lot of titles. i cant name one city outside of chicago, your job is talking baout these areas outside chicage (top 7 suburbs of chicago) then people will hear your list and know of the other areas!

I've done mass-media on radio before and it had me running all over for very little return. I've found my business can be very profitable in a small geo area where we receive national recognition as best places to live etc... So you're suggesting I call the channel something to do with Chicago, and focus on far west suburbs with content. The name will cause general recognition for the large city, and then allow the content to show the focus?

I have been a Realtor for 23 years, I serve more than one city where I am in N. Central Florida, that includes Ocala, Dunnellon, etc. I thought of just making the name of the channel Living in N. Central Florida. Would that work, or do I need to make a different channel for each city? That would be a LOT of work! Also, would using my background as a former professional wrestler help in marketing videos? I was thinking of making a video with a title like Would you buy a home from a professional wrestler? Or something unique like that.
