I'm pivoting my strategy in 2025. I had been making faceless mini-documentaries about MCs and producers this year, but that doesn't seem to be working. In 2025, I want to focus on my video podcast. The only real con to this strategy is I'll probably get low views at the start. But that's not a problem because I'm used to that. But the pros are one video can become many through repurposing. Also, who knows what kind of networking opportunities can arise from interviewing guests and getting referrals. Another good thing is since I will be on camera, people will get to know me. And my videos will be easier to make so I won't have to do as much scriptwriting as I did for my content this year.

Ive been sick 3 times in December and only managed to get out 3 videos, Im excited to get back on the grind ! Started KZbin in August and have reached 218 Subs and 1900 Watch Hours. My goal is to get monetized in 2025 and get my first 20K views video Im a little bummed I havent made faster progress but I am also aware that some people are going slower than me so just gotta keep grinding and not give up! Why, the vast majority of channels are Wayyyyy under 100 subscribers and videos with less then a 100 views! Also, one of the most important things when it comes to being healthy is Diet. So without that, the other part is not nearly as effective.

What I did not understand at the time, the huge connection between what we Eat and how it effects our health and the healing process. And or getting older people better able to even just exercise. But I assure you, everyone is still in the learning stages on health issues. Especially when connecting that to diet since everyone is different.

We posted our first Margeteers vids in Nov but didn’t tell people until December and have yet to actually “launch”… wanting to have 5-6 vids and podcasts live so that there’s something to actually subscribe to. We have 3 more vids in final edit so there will be 6 when we start promoting. 3 more vids to shoot the first week in Jan. We are doing it messy… figuring out as we go. What’s weird for both of us is BEING the content versus 15-20 years of being the directors and producers for our corporates and clients. Looking forward to growing and figuring it out!! We are thinking beyond KZbin to Spotify etc as well.
