"Be patient with yourself" I agree with everything you said here, all your advices are really true, but this hit home 💕💕💕 We all dream, and we must dream. I tend to dream big and I work toward thoses, but I'm not really patient with myself unfortunately 😅 Patience is the key towards success, I will remind it to myself. Thanks for reminding this to me 💕💕💕

I love your advice about taking our time and NOT following investment “trends.” Too many people have lost money after buying into bubbles. I remember the crash of 2008 all to well and am cautious with investments as a result!

I am rewatching for the 2nd time. I love your videos and I have two of your books. You never mentioned overtime as a way to earn more income. All work I do above 40 hours is paid at double time. It is my cash cow. Because I love my job, overtime is easy and I do as much as possible. I am in health care.

Your home is beautiful Bola. And yes i am paying attention to building assets. My mentality is changing and am getting out of my scarcity mindset. Appreciating assets are key. #1.Increase your income( part time job, side hustle, asking for raise). #2. Put money in savings accounts( emergency funds). #3. Invest in stock markets.( over time dividends and compounds grow your money, IRA, Employer retirement account or employer match. #4. Investing in real estate( have real estate that generates income or one that has equity. It should become a liability on you. #5. Reduce , pay down or eliminate your debt.

Great foundation. My favourite is positively geared properties that is in growth areas. You get rent and also the price of the house goes up overtime... a win win!!!!

Hey Bola, I have a question - If I am European, living in Germany, should I use American stock market to invest, or the German one? I heard American one has more pros (for example dividends being paid for every month instead of once a year etc), but I am not sure if im not gonna have to pay double tax (American and German one) in 40 years when I take the money out? Thank you ver much for the response.
