So refreshing seeing authentic YT videos. So many are overly edited, perfect lighting, and BS information

Any interest in making a full length/follow along workout video? see "tiff x dan" I get bored doing it alone....if routine is going on in the background.....I can just lookup, ohh im supposed to be doing X right now. Don't have to think bout timing or reps....just do the workout. just a thought.

NICE. Blast cardio on some of your off days, of course. Runs, sprints, jumping jacks, jump rope.

Without falling off the training philosophy that you have, how would you recommend that I go about getting big side delts? For example, should I reach 100? 200? pike pushups before I move onto handstands? Also, do you like gymnastic rings?
@SteamedHams51217 сағат бұрын
100-200 pike push-ups in a single session is pretty insane. But if you really want bigger side delts some form of lateral raise is the best way. Whether it's with dumbells, resistance bands, or cables. You can use lateral raises as an accessory exercise to pike push-ups or handstand push-ups. The side delt is a small muscle that can take a lot of volume and recover quickly, so you an do lateral raises 3-4 times a week. Upright rows with dumbells is a good exercise too for side delts.

Do inverted pushups in a table or bar

@jrich9674 I think you misspelled it. It's inclined, not inverted😅
