Hey Dexter, I thank you very much for sharing your expertise to the world. My question is, who do you solve the problems of humidity wich is also important in the incubator? Cartainly you turn the eggs manualy but, How often do you do that? And my last question is, How big is you incubator and how many lamps do you use?
@shamanohar6 жыл бұрын
Excellent work. One of the best incubators I have seen. Keep up the good work

Hi Mr Dexter thank you very much for your informative videos I really like them all expecially Quails and ducklings. My brotherly advice to you is not to open the incubator for a very long-time during the hatching periods because that will cause the temperature to go down and the busy opened chicks will stuck in the Shell and die. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Hello, finally we've got to chat with you today. We have been following you from the last 4 years now. You are such wonderful person and we are so blessed to have you. We wanted to start poultry farming back home. We have not had the opportunity but due to this pandemic, living in Mumbai city is not safe anymore, so wanted to live a village life. Here in India, buying an incubator is very expensive so what I and my wife have decided is build a DIY egg incubator. May I know what are the materials that are required to build a this DIY? Thanking you in advance.

Do you feed the eggs back to the ducks? We have a few ducks we raise for their eggs. Whenever we cook their eggs, we crush the shells and put them together with the feeds. That way we no longer have to buy layer feeds. We just buy a high protein feed and put crushed eggs in it.

This is amazing but I’m sure it will be on fire from those heat light. You should find a different heat source put a flat brick on the bottom put light on it and put terra cotta pot over it I’ll be less likely to catch fire. Plus if light goes out I’ll hold heat longer.
