I lost a lot of weight at the start of the year but it's crept back up on me. I'm struggling to get back into working out again. Thanks for the info!

After having an injury it is hard to get back into a workout routine. I did lot of yoga during my hip injury, was best decision. I love yoga

Start at a slow pace getting back to exercising and stay consistent. That is what I have found works for me after any injury! 😄👍
