At some point, it would be great to have a discussion with you. I went from being in Sales from one of the biggest sales organisations in technology companies to then having an accident that caused a Disability (it sounds bad but please don't say that as everyone does). It led my passion from immediate customers to long term by the means of properties. I'm just at the end of finishing my first one (bought personally, should I switch to business as hope to buy more in future but the current rate is so high). Was hoping to finish that and then either save or use the improvement (it was 90k when first buying, at least 120k now) to buy another. The complex of first investments 😅
