Hi mam this is supreetha, i like the way u teach the paintings, mam i have a doubt that y u use thin lining cloth wt is its usage? And wt sort of board and sheet to be used for big size art? Because when i attended 1 workshop of mysore painting, they tought us to put ivory sheet on mdf board so, and when i watched your video u told hardboard for big work y is that so? Cant we use mdf boards for big works?

Hi Magals, Normal lining cloth is fine, but make sure the cloth is not thin. It is not advisable to stick the paper directly to avoid wrinkles after sticking. Further lining cloth absorbs water and protects the paper. Hope this clarifies
