I know these guys because their business is located in our county ... in a teeny, weeny village about 8 mi. from me. So, you don't need to be in a big city to get this done. But you have to CARE about the customer and THEIR success - and you have to CARE about the product, which rolls into the customer's success.

So glad he didn't bad mouth the Sabre I love my Sabre, I hate that fucking tablet you have to uninstall every unimportant app but I love the user interface and that start and stop pedal . I love it more than the sportsman just for those reasons. Hands down the sportsman is a sturdier machine and is worth every penny but you need to make sure you keep oil in and preventive maintenance it, I just hate the user interface. I started on an american electric multprinter back in the day, then used old m&r sportsman with the toggle switches for years, then the M&R touch screen, then the workhorse Sabre. The Sabre is my favorite, it's not a bad press for the price, they need a better registration calibrator though, my tech says it's sucks.

I will never ever use Upstate Merch again. They are lazy they sent me my white shirts wrinkled, old looking and I paid for them to be in plastics. They sent them just folded all together without being in plastic. DON”T ORDER FROM THEM.

I under stand your frustration, but I would reach out to them, most shops will make mistakes it's the nature of the biz, but I'm certain they will want to fix the issues. Give them a call see what they say.
