I was considering an Etsy store and your video is very helpful but have read lots of horror stories about how they deal with crafters: poor if any customer service, closing down stores without warning/explanation, holding back money for months and more so dont know what to do😢

Back in December 2023 I started setting up my Etsy shop. Before it was all set up I had issues that kept me from completing the process. When I sign in it looks like I a buyer (not seller) and when I got to the set up it appears that the store name is in the system but I can not find it. Can you suggest what I can do to finish up my shop
