I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. The dental niche has become quite saturated in the SMMA space over the past few years - but it's not impossible to still succeed in this niche. The decision to pursue it should be based on your existing leverage and personal circumstances.
