Hello love, I’ve been learning about UX for a while now and it’s very comforting to hear someone talk about it from a real perspective and calmly. In some videos, I feel a certain rush to learn and know everything, but in yours, it feels like, step by step, you will get there. So keep doing it honey you’re doing amazing.

Thank you so much for this video!! I'm a graphic designer with a little UI design experience, turning towards full-time UX roles and this video has such great insights! The actionable pointers were exactly what i needed to hear as a novice in this field. It can be so daunting to enter a new field but having steps you can immediately take towards your goals is so nice to have!

Wow! GREAT first video! Well thought out and delivered. Great UX designers are so hard to find, I've worked with some over the years and the ones that are 'gifted' in it are such a huge asset. I've studied a little about UX design just to get more knowledgable about it to be able to work with them and understand a little on how they think plus speak their language (as much as possible) and I am sure anyone in your profession will find your content here valuable. Congrats on getting a position at Visa! With the extra effort you've gone to educate yourself in your field, your position is well deserved. You've done fantastic work on the video. I know it must have taken a long time to put together and your UX background shows with the way you flowed your content from one step to the next. Keep it up and congrats on your new channel!

These words mean a lot to me, thank you for the encouragement and feedback!! Us designers appreciate it tremendously when teammates like you take the time to understand the field. Rooting for you on your KZbin journey as well :)

I’ve never really done anything in UX, but I still found this video interesting and useful. Also you’re very good at telling the story part, a lot stuck with me. For me the way you tell the story is very calming, and as a very calm person, it is very nice. And I really do hope you’ll still be making videos after 2 years. And also, I also love your other videos.

Hey Phoebe, nice content you are putting it here. I have checked your website, omitting www before your domain name does not open your site. Try redirect non-www to www in your web hosting server as DNS can't find the non-www version of your site. Keep posting new UX videos 👍

Just came across your channel girl, love this! Thanks for sharing. You covered everything in detail and made them seem pretty easy to execute. One thing that I do sometimes to practice is check out the google/app reviews of the apps that are in my area ( or anywhere actually ), understand what the users are facing and try to solve that problem. It's a great exercise to brush up your problem solving skills.

Oh!!! That's a wonderful insight, Very true, these reviews reveal a lot of the users' current pain points - perhaps you could even reach out to the developers of such apps with new proposals ;)

Well the problem is with ux not ui, i can easily find courses or KZbin videos for ui designing but not for ux designing.😑
