When there is no weights and NO!! machines around, You have to be creative with what you do to help build muscle and get a nice physique .It is pretty tough to get a good physique and build mass with out weights , but u can use resistance . Alot of various exercises with bodyweight can be enough or you can get someone to apply pressure and resistance to help increase better stimulation of the muscles .
Excercies shown in this tutorial :
1.Warm up routine
2.Jog for 4~5 minutes
3.Do 6/12 repetitions with 3 rounds of each exercise
4.Push up
5.Dips
6.10 squats /10 sec wall sit
7.Box jumps with squats
8.Australian pull ups (supernated /pronated grip )
9.Isometric dips /dips progression
10.Pull Up negatives
