bolo842 Thanks a lot for info. My problem is that the revs needs to go down, but the idle screw is allmost all the way out allready. Guess I will need to change the jet in the carb?

Jan Eduardsen do not change the jet, check the throttle line at both ends and make sure its seat well in position on both ends, you should feel some luse at the throttle grip , if you don't then your throttle line is badly regulated, after you check both ends and the throttle line is in position at the throttle grip and at the carb end... you can luse it at the carb end by screw in screw at the top of the carb cap (where the throttle line seat), this must help. I can made video next week how to do it. as its hard to explain...

My dirtbike has a problem , I cleaned Out carburettor bought a new spark plug but don't turn on , when I get push start it turns on , then it brakes then turns off ... It is easy to kick start as in I can turn the kick start very easily .. In fact too easy.

Anytime I open up the fuel switch, the gas leakes from the bottom hose. What should I do to fix it. I first thought it was a broken fuel line, but then I noticed the hose is at the bottom of each minibike. Any thoughts and advice?

you need to adjust low idle speed, please check out videos how to do it, if it is not possible then change settings on the needle in carburetor

Giacomo Marrone it is 2 stroke engine. There is no oil in the engine. The only oil wich takes this engine is the one you mix petrol with

i just got one my pull cord got stuck out on the 2nd pull. do you know how to fix this?

first remove pull start and check if you can turn the fly wheel, if yes, then check the pull cord for any damage, if not remove the gear on the other side and check if the clutch is ok... sometimes one of the springs will brake and block the engine, if the clutch is ok then you have seized the engine by using wrong fuel, remove the cylinder and inspect the piston rings

If the engine higher revs it self and then cuts out it means that fuel in carburetor has finished, so you may have not enough fuel in tank, bended fuel hose or blocked petrol tab so fuel it is not coming quick enough to carburetor, watch this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXiufpJnmJp1jLc

where is the petrol leaking from? if leaks from over flow hose then you must clean carburetor... check our other video... as it will keep flooding the engine

Hi, if the engine is not running while choke is down it means that it is not getting enough fuel, usualy it is blocked jet inside the carburetor, please search on our channel for video how to clean pocket bike carburetor in less then 10min and follow video to clean the jet. thank you

It doesn’t really matter if it’s on or off when you are just starting it. It’s not magically going to blow up if you start it with it off. But if the tank is full some might splash out because of the vibrations.

you mix it 1:25 so every 1 liter of petrol you need to add 40ml of oil
