Hi Jim, can you do a video on DUNS number? I have both an EIN and DUNS number for my LLC. For those that don't know, EIN is for use with the IRS/tax stuff and a DUNS would be the number to use to build credit for the business. But, people usually don't know what I'm talking about when I mention DUNS number... When I went to open my bank acct, they didn't know. When I used the DUNS number for my business credit card, they made me change it a year later to the EIN... So, how can we build credit for the business? Please do a video on this. Thank you for all you do for us!

Thanks Jim! There was still one step to take in Alaska to complete the LLC. I had to complete an "Initial Report" - which I was able to do online. After that was completed the state gave a "Certificate of Compliance" to print out. I actually thought I was done after completing the steps you mention in this video and accidentally stumbled onto yet another step :}

Hey thanks for these videos! I have just received my EIN and while setting up my Amazon Seller account I got stumped with an option that I hope you can help answer. I'm at the point where it wants to know my LLC type: S Corp, C Corp or Partnership. I have no idea which to select here even after researching this. My situation is that I'm new to selling on Amazon as a new LLC company as an individual. What's best for me do you think out of these 3 options?

I have a registered nonprofit- a 501c3. (MInistry) We have several ‘Impacts’ that we have just put and advertise as “an Impact of Yes You Can Ministries Inc” and used the YYCM as The umbrella using the corporate EIN number. I am wanting to form an new Impact and make it a LLC. Could I use the same EIN or should I get a new one ? Thanks, Richard 😎
