If you could do a video on umbrella companies and subsidies that would be of great benefit. I'm a day trader wanting to start a holdings company as an S corp with the trading company as a subsidiary but unclear whether this should be my first step or just start the trading company and create the umbrella company after the trading company gets to the point of needing an S corp election. Also if these questions cannot be answered without it being considered "legal advice" please advise me on the best way to pay for any services that would facilitate my needs in this matter. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
