I really liked your first tip for years, my doctor, and I have been trying to figure out why I kept gaining weight and why I struggled so much with my weight. It wasn't until I got up to my highest weight in my life (434). I found out I had pcos, and it played a very big part in my weight gain and tiredness, plus stress caused me to eat a lot, so I did my research, cut out junk food, coffee, and red meats, and stopped eating out so much, started getting more sleep, and started taking my vitamins and supplements. and I finally lost 50 pounds in a year-not a lot, but I feel so much better.

I am literally in my car on break from work and I’m working on a weight loss plan that will work for me. So the notification for this vlog came in great timing! This journey is the hardest for me because I’ve always struggled with my weight and it showed to be detrimental to me at times. So I think I’ll be much more chill going into it this time around. Loved the disclaimer and your focus on moderation and healthy habits ❤. I think we have the same chicken recipe I always call it "measuring with my heart" 😂 I used the MyFitnessPal several years ago when I was peak stressed and I really appreciated that it not only tracked what I ate but also called me out when I was in too low of a caloric deficit and not fueling my body properly. My focus this month is PLANNING my meals so I'm less likely to just overeat something not aligned with my goals.

Really liked your tips. I also use My fitness pal but I really use to log my meals to help ensure I am in a calorie deficit and not going over board with calories. Not perfect with it but having a visual of what I eat in a helps with accountability.

You are doing great! Very inspiring content. I am still trying to get in the flow of cooking at home more often, preferring my own cooking over restaurant cooking is definitely a goal of mine. I want to be in my chef era 👩🍳So far I purchased all of the basic tools necessary that I was missing and I'm meal planning / prepping each week. My meals are not yet AMAZING however, I know that takes time and practice so I am hopeful. ☺

I experience weight gain too under stress. The coffee one is kind of a mixed bag. You try to cut out the coffee but then when I dont get enough sleep, I need the coffee to just function. Or maybe I am just so addicted to coffee that my body thinks it needs it to function. but i agree with you on cutting coffee out

Trying to lose post partum weight is so hard. Breastfeeding made me gain more weight and my joints and muscles are so weak. I thought of getting a trainer but I realized it’s better I start with physical therapy.

Your story has been so helpful. I have gained weight and lost it, gained it and now it hasnt buged for over a year of me "trying". I keep starting and stoping when the results don't come like they did the first time I lost weight. The first time was easy for me and now my body doesn't want to let go! Thank you for your consistency, it helps me to keep starting over. I've been working on lots of protein and water and that has definitely helped with my cravings so far

Thank you for sharing!! Your symptoms sound just like mine, and my PCP has recommended that I cut down all the food families you have mentioned. I have hypothyroidism which has led me to have Hashimoto. You should look into it .

If been eating not good for year or coupkemonth even when start nice eating can take a while for bodies to change which took me ages too understand stress is my impact . Xxi have immiflamtion fulltime . I have cut Redhill as used to drink it everyweekwnd or went out for confident boosts and yes coffee can give u the work I have two a day now just Black used to have six for like two years as worked next two a coffee machine

I'm not allergic to gluten but I do have arthritis and fibromyalgia and it's one of the bigger inflammatory causing foods. I don't fully cut it out but I try to opt for the GF options when I can
