Thank you so much Janet for this video. I can relate to a few things you've gone through. I am making positive changes in my life to do and be better for myself. I'm in the process of becoming a better me that I will be proud of. Currently, I've been doing #Juns4Wins and then learned about the winter arc. So I'm habit stacking along with the wins. I find it's best to get a headstart (starting october this year!) so i'm in a disciplined mindset for the holidays. Also, it's all about portions! You can still have delish thanksgiving + christmas food just in moderation.

Put the sweet potato 🍠 in a napkin & wet the napkin & put in microwave for 3 min. It comes out so soft & easily made
