Ahaha! You were talking about you being the one controlling when your foot goes down. But, I was watching your bat and seeing if you started your swing by tilting it back as you suggested in another video, and you did! Great job!

Great video man! Like how you emphasized the importance of the Pullback to help keep you balanced at heel plant. I like the term "hinge" as well in your load into back hip socket. I will try this with my 16U softball daughter and 8th grade son as well. Thanks for making these great videos and I appreciated the side view as well. Helps to see from that angle even better!

Man my daughter has trouble letting the ball travel too much. By the time she starts swinging the ball is already on the plate. so she either hits everything to the right side or she strikes out. lol
