How do you stay motivated when every day life is intervening? Im a father, work full time, and rarely have time to focus on my books like I like want to. How do you manage it all?

I was in that same position many years ago. What I did was take whatever small window of time, whether that was 30 minutes or even less, to make some progress with my book. As said in the video, you may not be “motivated,” I just did it anyway.
