Keep a notebook by bed before I go to sleep and before I go to sleep I write down tgeee things I’m thankful for or three things I’m grateful for that happened in that day because it helps you to form a mind of gratitude you will start to feel you’re blessed I’m grateful that God continues to lead guide and protect me I’m grateful that I’m able to pray and in that moment all of my concerns I’m grateful for God being with me It helps you to work with your perspective talk to your family ask for advice because nine times out of ten others are going through the same thing
