Wash with warm open pores then i use an astringent to clean my face then rinse my face with cold water to close my pores....i swear by vaseline and putting aloe vera gel from the plant on my face overnite,and vit e to maintain my beautiful skin

Not going to lie, I took her advice on using a mild sponge for exfoliating, I don’t use a scrub and I noticed improvement on my face, less texture and roughness

This face steaming at home is good and affordable, i do it sometimes, even when i have cold, but i will add rub. You looks beautiful and your skin is clear.

Omg I hated doin this wen I was a kid, where I was from if u’re sick, they boil lemon leaves and other type of leaves and then cover you with bunch of blankets with a bucket w them stuffs, leaving no space for u to get fresh air, n that was the death of me, felt like dissolving or sum shih(it’s mostly wen u get cold)
