Hey - no problem at all, glad to help! With most stitches, I think it's important to not apply too much tension, so that the fabric doesn't pucker...With stem stitch, I tend to angle the thread forward when I pull it through, in the direction the stitches are going (if that makes sense) - I find that it lies a little flatter and helps it to look more uniform. Although it doesn't make too much difference in this case! :)

I have one question. The first stitch was a whole running stitch. The second stitch, is it the same size as the first?
