I never was a serious armwrestler but did the usual armwrestling growing up. I only really became really interested in competitive armwresting in the last 15 months as a side result of covid. But, I did once meet Mo Baker back in the early 1970's. I was impressed. Thanks for the informative videos. I do appreciate them.

This is the main thing I do when armwrestling in general is attack the little fingers with a drag and pronation. But this give more options . Man if I could have you as a coach oh my goodness. This is so awesome your doing this for us. No one else is giving this kind of information. Thanks a million times over sir

Being a hooker... that reverse hit that you did is the hardest for me to overcome. If I lose my hand I'll go to straps and my adjustment is drag straight back and secure my cup. Is this a correct adjustment? It works for me most of the time
@bobbrownfun3 жыл бұрын
Yes if your wrist is strong enough which is must be. If you feel better in the straps, you probably have strong wrist but need to work on hand and fingers

Hi Bob! I think you deserve a TON more subs/likes. This is great info every video i watch! If you can, try to get one interview with John Brzenk. You've gotten so much experience in the armwrestling world, if you can just get a bit of traction on youtube....I think John could do it for you similar to how Ryan Bowen's channel blew up with his interviews etc.

@Bob Brown Armwrestling is this technique effective when they grab you low on the wrist. My left is really sensitive to block a hook when they hit me low on the wrist with the side of the palm.

So a kickback into a lowhand toproll? This'll be great. My best friend got me into arm wretling 3 years ago. Taught me everything i know. I could beat him at one point. But he has a monster for a wrist now and pulls a really mean hook. I mean my wrist hurts for days. Ive been training for this techncique for a while now and hope it works lol
