That’s haram. But if you shorten part of the hair and made the other part even more short, not to the extent we call “shaving” which means no hair at all, then I guess it is not called Qaza’.. Wallahu Aclam wa Axkam!

Firstly, I've heard some scholars say that length of hair from the longer side and the shorter side should not be too much, some scholars said 2 fingers and others said 4 fingers as an example. Secondly, I've heard some scholars say that Qaza' is when you can see the skin on one part of the head and not another. Thirdly, some scholars have said that we should follow the sunnah method of growing our hair, and if we don't wish to do that, we should have a haircut that doesn't imitate the disbelievers and keeps us clearly distinguished from them.

When Jesus words are written down and Satan is using them, then the bible becomes the word of Satan. I will disagree with brother hijab in some parts when you refer to the people simple as "white man" you don't include only people in the west but worldwide . Second not every "white man" agrees with extreme liberalism and by the way it's tiny minority who supports these ideas and somehow they managed to silent the majority through corrupted media . Third not every "white man" has colonized Africa or "white nations" Fourth saying having the cleanest street and the tallest building comes from by colonialism is really weak argument you can see a plenty examples how countries have done much better for the people with theirs means and having a fair judge system and fair elections so politicians to be accountable for their actions .
