I am so far away from myself that I can’t stop being absolutely terrified and exhausted. When I was at really low point, I did some variations of these advices, and yes, they really help a lot. If you are indeed in a bad state at the moment, I would add that the patience is in fact the most important thing. If at first you feel as if this doesn't work, give it some time. Thanks Sonia! 💚🙏

Panic attacks!!! Panic!! Fear!!! And yes I suffer from dizziness and vertigo and even if I didn't think about it...I got a vertigo episode Driving without any previous symptoms,,,out of the blue!!! I get dizzy everywhere even of I relax breath, watch birds, bless all parts of my body everything you are say8ng I do or have done!!! And still trying to figure out whats up with my body and my health this has been going on since last year. Well anxiety I have had since a little girl.
