if this is not helpful, u can download glasswire firewall app, and block all data consuming apps and allow Chrome or any browser which u want to access data.

check which service is consuming data in resource manager. U can install glasswire app in windows and block internet of every app in windows. Allow internet only for bowser like chrome or edge with glasswire firewall app

it means that ur some of the battery cells are working fine .(some cells working out of 6 cells or 9 cells). also it means ki tmre battery circuit khrab ho chuka h jo battery charge level ko detect krta h....ese hi use kro jbtk chlta h... aagar battery open kr skte ho to sare cells ko individually check kro(multi meter se) aur faulty cells ko replace kr do . battery bakup will be goood. but the circuit cannot be repaired..

svchost is windows process , responsible for all internet actvity, so do not stop it , just disable windows update and it will not consume more data. if other app is consuming data you can kill from task manager.
