This is wonderful khensi , one mistake I did was to confront the sources of my insecurities this included parents and friends and this worsened the situation... The solution is to let go and embrace the standards God has set for us..... Be blessed🙏🏿

Im so insecure with my body ,i so wish to wear a dress and skirts on normal day but i cant i only wear them to church ,from a young age i was told that im too slim to wear them , nd compared with my cousin who was a little thick , still to day im scared to wear them ,i got body shamed this year also told that "the meat weight ccst R80" which means im too slim ,i pray to heal and accept my body and have the confidence to wear what ilike not what hides me
